Navigation: Admin Tools – Alerts & Notifications
Here you find all triggered alerts and the notifications for them
Following types of messages can be found:
System: Notifications generated by the system, like Users being locked.
Customer: Notifications based on specific user actions. For example when a new user is created for the account, or a new User Group.
Alerts: Notifications created by the user (yourself). You can access them via the „My Notifications“
The buttons on the right side let you manage your notifications:
Green = View notification
Blue = Archive notification
Red = Delete notification
On the top left you can choose which notifications you want to see, only the new ones or the archived notifications.
Internally CCC works with a ticketing system: The blue button View Ticket in the details column opens the ticket corresponding to the notification with even more details regarding the notification.
